Return and Refund Conditions
1. Only products purchased directly from glassroyce.com. Glassroyce does not accept returns of Glassroyce brand products purchased from other retailers or dealers. (If you purchased this product through other channels, please contact their service staff)
2. Your product must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags and original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
3. If the product bursts or cannot be used normally due to non-human factors, please send the order ID and product problem video to sales@glassroyce.com. We will review and provide a solution as soon as possible after receiving the email.

How do I return an item?
1. To return an item, please email: sales@glassroyce.com
2. Request an RA (Return Authorization). Please include your order ID number and reason for return/exchange. All returns require authorization and can only be granted via email.
3. If the product meets our return and exchange policy, we will provide you with a return address. Please return the product within 7 days of receiving our refund confirmation email (usually within 24-48 hours).
4. After returning the product, please email us with the tracking number.
5. We will contact you after we receive the product. Your refund will be processed within 3 to 7 business days.

Shipping
If the product is returned due to non-human factors (defects or damage), the customer must prepay the shipping cost. When returning, please show the shipping invoice. We will then refund the product fee to your original account and refund the shipping fee to your PayPal account.
If the product is returned for other reasons, please note that we do not bear the return shipping cost after shipment.
Note: When returning, customers need to prepay the shipping cost. We do not accept cash on delivery.

After receiving your returned goods, it may take up to 7 working days to refund the refund to the original payment method.
